Planning

Tasks to be performed are planned in agreement with the client. In this, project-based or scrum can be chosen.

Execution

Planned tasks are performed by our team and reviewed by the team leader. If changes need to be made, it is returned to the developer.

Delivery

Tasks approved by the team leader are sent to the client for review. Once the client's developer and tester have checked the completed tasks, they are considered finalized.

Demo

All tasks completed within a month are presented to the client by the team leader, and feedback is exchanged with the client.
